Dr. Khushwant Popli is a well-known Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgeon with more than 15 years of experience.
He played a key role as part of the CTVS team in performing the first heart transplant at Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, and has successfully performed over 1,000 cardiac surgeries.
He specialises in Adult and Paediatric Cardiac, Vascular, and Thoracic Surgeries, with expertise in procedures such as CABG, Complex Coronary Surgery, and Aortic Root Enlargement Surgery.
Dr. Khushwant earned his MBBS from GMC Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, followed by an MS in General Surgery from MGM, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
He further specialised by completing an MCh in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS) at the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, Kerala.
